WHY WORK HERE

When I was in school, I was in the marching band, and it was there that I learned the power of being a part of something bigger than myself.  My band director, Billy Martin, challenged me, encouraged me, held me accountable, and in the end helped me grow.  I told myself back then I was going to be a band director so I could do for others what Billy Martin did for me.

Well it turned out I was not nearly talented enough musically to be a band director, but in college I found Chick-fil-A and after only a couple months I realized, I could fulfill that same goal through Chick-fil-A.  So after starting as just a team member at the Chick-fil-A in Lake Park in March of 1999, today I am the Owner/Operator of the Chick-fil-A in Lake Park.

Here at Chick-fil-A Lake Park we help people become more than they maybe ever expected they could.  I believe that we offer something special for our guests and our team members, and while its not easy, it is very rewarding.  If you think that Chick-fil-A might be the place for you, come apply to join our team.
